*Pre party set up
*Buffet or dinner set up
*Replenish platters or buffet chafers as needed
*Dessert & coffee set up
*Continual cleaning of party area, break down buffet and packed up leftovers
Bartenders
*Set up bar station with all necessary materials
*Prepare garnish
*Serve the guests throughout the evening while keeping work area clean
*At the end of event pack up all supplies
*Clean the bar area
Staff Captain
*Point person (could be one of the waiting staff) for the party
*Coordinates with event planer, DJ, kitchen and all other event staff
*Delegates responsibilities to staff and handles any issue that should arise
*Keep everything running smoothly
Kitchen Help
*Heat food, prepare platters, help waiting staff, replenish buffet
*Brake down buffet and pack up all left overs
+Remove all rubbish
*Dish washing (special requirement)
Attire Choice
*Black and white either bow or tie
*All black with or without tie
*Casual
